I have recorded three videos on Naive Bayes. The first covers the bonus slides I did not get to during Monday’s meetup. The other two are a coding vignette where I apply Gaussian Naive Bayes to a gene expression dataset to predict leukemia type: one video covers wrangling the data into shape, and the other covers fitting the model and interpreting it.
