Meetup 2: Least Squares Optimization

Meetup 2 is tonight at 6:45PM. We will introduce least squares optimization, which is the most commonly used and possibly most important type of optimization problem. We will go through a few applications to illustrate least squares in its simplest formulation, and discuss some practical issues with solving least squares problems.

Here is the information you need for the first meetup:
